The Planning Process
Property Survey
Our dedicated site survey visits your property, to measure and gather the necessary information for our design team to work from. This will be followed by a virtual design meeting with your dedicated architectural designer to discuss your proposal in detail. During this, we will discuss the internal design of your proposal, planning permission considerations, and exterior design options. We will also share similar proposals we have worked on in the past to generate ideas for your project.
First Draft Plans
We will have a very quick turnaround
time for your first draft plans, delivering
them within 12 working days of the
design discussion. You are then
welcome to revise the plans in any way
like until you are completely satisfied
with the design of your property.

Application Submission
As soon as we have the final design place our administration team will organise the relevant approval application with the council. We keep in close contact with the council during the application process to allow the planning officer to complete the application as efficiently as possible. During the assessment process, we will organise the party wall notices and discussions with building contractors to allow for construction work to begin shortly after planning approval is received.
